Suzanne M. Hanlon

Ms. Hanlon is the VP Administration, General Counsel, Secretary of NuPathe. Previously, she served as Chief Development Counsel of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she played a lead role in the development of its Compliance Program, provided legal guidance and support on a variety of issues related to the pharmaceutical industry and was responsible for negotiating key license, development and supply agreements on behalf of the company. Before joining Auxilium, Ms. Hanlon was General Counsel and Vice President of Global Contracts of Omnicare Clinical Research where she managed the legal team, supervised corporate governance and negotiated and approved client and vendor contracts for the company worldwide. Prior to that Ms. Hanlon was a partner in the law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia.
