Jane H. Hollingsworth

Ms. Hollingsworth is a co-founder of NuPathe and the co-founder and former director and Executive Vice President of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly-traded, specialty pharmaceutical company with a focus on urology and sexual health. Auxilium successfully licensed in and developed a strong pipeline, had its lead product approved for marketing in North America and Europe, raised well over $100 million, established a variety of partnering arrangements with collaborating companies and completed an initial public offering, all within its first five years. Prior to founding Auxilium, Ms. Hollingsworth was Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel of IBAH, Inc., a publicly-traded, multinational CRO that successfully developed and obtained regulatory approval for many pharmaceutical and biotechnology compounds. Ms. Hollingsworth left to form Auxilium when IBAH was sold to Omnicare Inc. in 1998 (forming Omnicare Clinical Research). Earlier in her career, Ms. Hollingsworth practiced law at the law firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia.
