In-Licensing

NuPathe is actively looking to expand its neuroscience product portfolio through in-licensing, acquisition and/or co-development.  NuPathe is willing to consider NCEs, reformulations, pro-drugs, and repositioning opportunities.  In addition, NuPathe is actively considering novel drug delivery technologies with applications in CNS.
Criteria for product opportunities include:

• Identifiable patient population with clearly defined medical need
• Product/technology that can provide a significant impact on clinical outcomes
• Definable regulatory pathway
• Preclinical or clinical proof of concept
• Intellectual property providing market exclusivity
